Welcome to Byala on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the Byala Vista Beach Residence, a four star development under construction in spectacular settings on the shoreline of Byala. Located almost exactly on the middle of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, Byala sits on a large bay with a large beach longer than meets the eye, white in color and fine to the touch. Inland the town of Byala is surrounded by forests and vineyards.
The project was brought to the market in the fall of 2006 and all units in Byala Vista Beach Residence were sold before year end. The construction began on schedule at the beginning of 2007 and photos from the various phases of construction so far can be viewed here.
